As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
• The Product is damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
• In case of wrong product delivered.
For Refund issues must be reported within an Hour of delivery with order details and photographic evidence of the issue. (e.g., damaged packaging, spoiled product).
Approved Refunds will be processed and the amount will be added in your wallet or refunded to your bank account through which you have done the payment.
