All products are sourced under hygienic conditions and meet FSSAI standards.
3. Ordering and Delivery

Orders may be placed via our website, mobile app, or customer support number.

Cut-off time for placing next-day orders: 5 PM

Deliveries are made daily between 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Customers must ensure access to the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time.

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay deliveries in the case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.
4. Pricing and Payment

5. Subscription Plans (If applicable)

Users can subscribe to recurring deliveries (daily, alternate days, etc.) through their account dashboard.

Subscriptions can be paused, edited, or cancelled before 5.00PM for the next delivery.

Any unused balance from prepaid subscriptions will be refunded on request, subject to applicable deductions for delivered items.
6. Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of milk products, returns are not accepted once delivery is completed.

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact our support within AN hour of delivery with photographic proof.

After verifying your claim, we may issue a refund, credit, or replacement at our discretion.
